Service Description

FASHION DESIGN (LEVEL 1) This course is designed for all those who want to become fashion professionals. On this first level, you will learn everything from how to use a sewing machine, sewing materials and tools, to designing, cutting and making clothes for women. In addition to cutting and tailoring materials, we also offer theoretical subjects that will help you awaken creativity and create your own designs. But the most valuable thing about this course is that you'll also learn to be your own boss. We offer the fashion marketing class (included only in this course) to provide you with basic entrepreneurship tools, from how to charge for your services, to creating your own brand from scratch. In this course you will learn: Practical subjects: Machinery and tools Materials fabrics and textiles Sewing exercises Pattern, cutting and tailoring of women's garments: 3 circular skirts (semi-circular, circular and double circular) 3 straight skirts (straight with waistband, pencil skirt with lining and sight A-cut skirt with patoles) 3 upper garments (basic blouse, shirt with sport collar and transformation to strapless) 2 dresses (lined and lined with sight) Casual pants Final Project — The student will make a garment inspired by a runway theme (Graduation). Theoretical subjects: Introduction to fashion design Drawing, textures and prints. Embroidery Fashion History Fashion Marketing Saturday program: GROUP A: MORNING (Bilingual English and Spanish) Duration: 1 year Schedule: 4 Saturdays of the month 9:00 AM — 1:00 PM Cost: $150 per month (NEXT COURSE STARTS IN AUGUST) Registration: $50 (Basic sewing kit included in your registration). At the end of this course, you will receive a training certificate with pattern making, cutting and sewing. As well as a diploma in fashion marketing.
